Important note:
Unfortunately, we do not have capacity to operate as a 24/7 service and we are not an emergency service.

If you think you have a mental health emergency, are contemplating suicide, or you feel that you are a danger to yourself or others, call 000 or Lifeline (13 11 14) or go to your nearest open medical clinic or emergency room.

We are located in the Franklin Street Clinic GP practice (across from Lindisfarne Woolworths). Access to the building is through the driveway next to Terry White Chemmart. Parking is often readily available in and around the mall area.
